For 15 of those years, our Managing Director served as the superintendent for a prominent firm in Lower Westchester NY, overseeing complex projects, from active field execution through detailed office-based project management. That experience provided deep insight into how high-level residential construction should be run—and, just as importantly, where much of the industry falls short.
Over time, it became clear that many firms had grown complacent—resistant to improvement, driven by volume, and increasingly disconnected from the quality and creativity that define exceptional work. Rather than accept those limitations, we chose a different path.
